It's been 34yrs since you left us. I was looking through JFK's first cruise book. Had a great
picture of you on your draft board while doing your class. It was a great picture of you. I miss you so much.

I can't make the visits to your grave site like I can my father-in-laws and my high
school friends who were KIA in Vietnam. But I can go to FindAGrave.com and visit you
that way.... I guess I should start leaving memorials there. Just never thought of it until
now.

It's been 32yrs since you were taken from us. We now believe that what took you
down was this Mesothelioma. But it wasn't well known in 1980. Miss you so much right now.

Another year has come and gone. You would be 89 today!!!!! I started in on our Genealogy
this year and WOW what a trip this has been. Just wish you could have been around to share
it and give me information. We miss you so much dad!!!!

Happy Birthday Dad, I found a cool new website that allowed me to put a profile on it that all
about you!!!!! While searchin through your records, I found some pictures I didn't know I had.
It brought back so many memories, seems like I am saying alot lately how much I miss you. Gavon
and I talk about you often. He really wished he could have met you. I'm thankful that someday
we will be together again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Birthday Dad, We are having a 40th class reunion this year. Yours was coming up the year you passed
away. It is very hard to comprehend that I am very close to the same age as you were when you passed away.
Your grandson Gavon is taller than I am. You'd be looking up to him as well. He loves golf!!!

Happy Birthday Dad, I lost my childhood friend Bob Benbow a week ago
today... We had not seen each other in 30yrs, but we had talked on the
phone. He was only 56, 5 months younger than me........
Like you dad a young man... Why do these things happen? I miss you both.
